I’m having problems converting video files for my creative zen m 30 gig. using their software?

Hello everyone,I’ve had a creative zen m 30gb mp3 player for 2 years now and haven’t had much problems until now.Not too long ago the software that came with the player started giving me problems when it came to converting video files for my player.I never had this problem before and now even files that I didn’t need converting won’t always transfer to my player.I’ve been trying other video converting software but to no avail.I’m wondering if maybe I lost something on my computer that used to help with this?Please help because my player is still amazing and going strong and I don’t want to buy another one.Thanks
Does Apple Really Think Their Customers Are So Stupid They Will Find An Ipad Useful?

Can’t multi-task (who likes listening to iTunes while they surf the web, anyways?)
No Adobe Flash support (can’t let other media vendors provide content freely that Apple could be charging fees for!)
Doesn’t have OSX
No support for PDF or .CHM
There is NO WAY this thing is remotely close to competing with Netbooks.
Hmm…pretty much worthless in my eyes.
What is your take?
