Which Ipad Models Will Be Released In America At The End Of March?

At first I understood that the non-3G model would be available 60 days (at the end of March) from the Keynote and the 3G model would be available 30 days afterwards. I then heard that BOTH models will be available to America in March and that internationally 3G would not be available. So which is which? When do we get the 3G and non-3G models in America? Thanks!!
